GWS Tool Group Announces Director of Human Resources, Jaimie Herbert

Jaimie Herbert has filled the position of Director of HR for GWS Tool Group.

In this role, Jaimie will be responsible for overseeing the Human Resources department for the organization, with an emphasis on streamlining employee programs that continue to build upon the strong culture in place while ensuring the company meets corporate goals and established regulations.

“Jaimie’s extensive experience in Human Resources management and best practices make her a perfect addition to our growing organization.” said Kevin Zimmerman, CFO. “Her background as it pertains to everything from benefits programs to proactive onboarding techniques will have an immediate positive impact on our organization.”

Prior to joining GWS, Jaimie was the Director of Human Resources for an auto finance company in Indianapolis, IN. There, she quickly rose through the ranks and was soon managing the entire HR function including HR strategy and operations, HR policy, employee engagement, benefits, and a successful employee wellness program.  Previously, Jaimie worked in the Finance and Healthcare industries and specialized in Recruitment and Onboarding.

Jaimie has a BA in Human Resources from Ferris State University and holds her PHR and SHRM-CP certifications.
